My bro want to make a server for my little bro his Minecraft/Website/Otherstuff yea iknow >.<
We will use the server also for downloading, streaming to our network for movies and all.
His internet speed is fast enough to run everything minecraft will be around to run 300+ players with our connection.

Mobo needs to support a max of 32GB & onbaord video card
Case needs to support at least 6x 3.5″ HDD

Server will run Windows Server 2012

Are these specs good? or what should i change.

Server will run Windows Server 2012

Way overkill IMO. Not practical for website hosting, any apache will be way easier to deploy (enable php on iis anyone?). Need dns/dhcp server? Have a look at linux… Server 2012 is worth the hassle when you have a few hundred pcs and users, not just 3/4…
Anything you mentioned could be done on a standard win 7/8/10…
